Each year, the Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon fulfills their mission to keep the 2000 families they help close and together by providing accommodations to the families while their child undergoes treatment only available at BC Children’s Hospital. But what they end up giving the families goes so far beyond bricks and mortar, especially amidst the global pandemic. While it has certainly taken a toll on everyone in different ways, many people have been taking stock of what's really important in life and bringing a renewed perspective to what really matters - the people you have in your life and your relationships to them.

In this piece, we explore those relationships, expressions of gratitude, and celebrate the less tangible things RMHBC gives the families that find themselves there. We endeavour to take the viewer on an emotional, relatable journey that moves them to connect with the mission of keeping families close and feeling full in their own way.
